Hardwood – Engineered

Engineered hardwood flooring is a viable alternative to solid hardwood flooring particularly when you’re looking to install in a basement or on concrete. This flooring tends to be more resistant to moisture. Engineered hardwood flooring can provide all the aesthetic value of solid hardwood flooring, but at a fraction of the price.

Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT)

LVT makes a beautiful floor with its visual appeal. It realistically mimics the appearance of natural materials such as wood or stone with embossed or textured surfaces, making it almost indistinguishable from the real thing. LVT is softer and can also tolerate conditions that these natural materials can’t. LVT is typically thicker than traditional vinyl flooring materials providing exceptional performance in high traffic areas.

As one of the most popular flooring choices, carpet has a host of advantages to make your home more cozy and comfortable. With a range of styles, textures and designs, carpet offers homeowners versatility in where they have their floors installed. Stairs, bedrooms, living rooms, family rooms – carpet can be laid in nearly any place of the home.

Laminate flooring is at home everywhere: in living rooms, kitchens and bedrooms as well as in offices and hotels. Its innovative surface structures mimics the appearance of wood and stone more closely than has ever before achieved. Laminate is warm and comfortable underfoot and extremely robust, impact and scratch resistant, light-fast and colour-stable. There is virtually no limits to the creativity of laminate flooring.

Area Rugs

A room’s “fifth wall,” the floor, can showcase dramatic area rugs that are so breathtaking in color and design, they’re like works of art. And rugs can change the feel of a space in minutes—so you can do a room makeover on your lunch hour. Rugs look great layered over carpet or adding warmth and color to hardwood, laminate, resilient-vinyl, and tile.
